Questo dammuso è ottenuto dalla ristrutturazione di vecchi magazzini, è rivestito in lucente pietra lavica, totalmente mimetizzato fra i terrazzamenti coltivati a zibibbo e ulivi, la posizione, su un promontorio alle spalle degli altri 6 dammusi, lo rende molto panoramico, splendida è infatti la vista mare, e' abbastanza indipendente, benchè attiguo al dammuso Il Carrubbo. Il dammuso, sii compone di un ampio soggiorno cucina, attrezzato, con divano letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Gli arredi sono curati e confortevoli. All'esterno un terrazzo panoramico vista mare , coperto, attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, sdraio e barbecue, condiviso con l'adiacente dammuso il Carrubbo ed il vicino dammuso Cycas. Il centro abitato piu' vicino e' Khamma a circa 3 Km,( in auto ) o con sentiero 1 km dove e' possibile trovare quesi tutti servizi essenziali. L 'accesso al mare piu' vicino, Punta Karace, a circa 800m. Posti letto 2/4

Il Dammuso è una struttura tipica dell' Isola di Pantelleria costituita da spesse mura in pietra ,che mantengono una temperatura ottimale all'interno dell'abitazione, ampi soffitti a volta. La casa è divisa in cinque ambienti: un bagno con doccia e servizi, una camera con bel soffitto a volta provvista di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto singolo, una alcova con un altro letto matrimoniale senza porte !una ampia sala e una cucina attrezzata adiacente la casa con spazio esterno ombreggiato.
