Overbyn is located 15 minutes north of Torsbyn and the ski tunnel. In the abandoned village school Fjällbacka, now home of the host couple Uffe and Randi, there is this object. The apartment is located at the foot of Hovfjället. By car, it is an 8 minute drive to Hovfjällets ski lift, a variety of signposted and divinely beautiful hiking trails. The surroundings are known to offer a rich supply of berries and mushrooms. In winter there are plenty of opportunities for cross-country skiing and ice fishing. 100 meters away is a gas station with basic goods.

The house is located overlooking the lake upper brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim,fish or cycle. In the autumn you can pick mushrooms and berries. In the winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.
