House with lovely garden, close to city and park

Newly built houses from 2021 with a wonderful garden with trampoline and sandpit, as well as a terrace where you can soak up the sun. The patio can extend the evening without freezing. There are both garden sets and lounge sets for the terrace, as well as a barbecue and bonfire. There is a large kitchen/living room with dining area for six people, as well as a junior and high chair. We have two bathrooms, three rooms, one playroom with possibility for bedding and two with double bed and double bed and junior bed. Carport with ample opportunity for free parking for multiple cars.

With a short distance to the E45 motorway, this villa is easy to get to and perfect as a base to Danish attractions. This bricklayer villa is gorgeous, with natural wear and tear after years of private living. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, dining room, living room and kitchen, and stairs up to 1 hall with a door to a nice bathroom and bedroom 1, where there is a walk-through from sleeping 1 to bedroom2. There is a large car park, several terraces and large garden. Good bus connections to Randers and Hobro

Large charming villa from 1898 with a lovely private garden and good terraces. 274 sqm divided over 3 floors. The garden is enclosed by old trees and green shrubs, which create a cozy and private atmosphere. Here you can enjoy and cook homemade food on the Weber grill. In the garden, there's a trampoline for the kids. The property is located in the center of Aalborg and only 2,5 km from the historic centre of Aalborg. The lovely waterfront at Limfjorden is in walking distance and can be reached in just 10 minutes.

The house is on 2 levels with everything you need on the ground floor as well as 2 rooms and repos on the first floor. Bring the whole family to this fantastic accommodation, with plenty of space for fun and fun. There is large outdoor heated pool, trampoline, swing stand, two large terraces and garage. The house consists of two children's rooms, a master bedroom, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as home-gym and laundry room in the basement. There is a small pet cat in the house, with its own entrance and exit, but who would like to eat and drink during the stay.

Lovely cottage close to beach, city & water park.

For the family who wants to be close to everything. The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. The large bathroom has space for a wheelchair for shower and toilet visits. Only 110 meters down the closed road is the lovely child-friendly beach. Here are small waves, shallow water. & 20 m. to a Water park.
