Incredible Resort-Like Villa Teeming with Family Activities

Treat family like royalty in a self-contained villa that's sure to please young and old. There are billiards, football, and a wall of kids' toys. A secluded pool and BBQ area. Fireplace and home cinema. Plus spa-like bathrooms and a soaking tub. If you would like to book in on a day other than Saturday please send an equiry to the hosts David & Sally. This beautiful villa has antique front doors that lead into a spacious entrance hall. There is large Double Bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. This room can also be made up as a twin bedroom. The hall has glass doors that lead into a sitting room with desk area, modern log burning fireplace and attached dining room. The dining table is set up to seat 10 people but can be extended to seat 12 people if needed. The Kitchen is modern and easy to keep clean. It is fully equipped with Miele and Liebherr appliances, double fridge/freezer, wine fridge, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Magimix, Nespresso Coffee machine and a Nutribullet. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has it's own balcony overlooking the front garden and pool area. Also on the first floor, the third bedroom is a twin bedded room which on request can be made up as a double bedroom. This also has an ensuite bathroom and it's own balcony. The basement area consists of a further bedroom with two bunkbeds. There is a further shower room for this bedroom. Also in the basement there is a 'games area' with pool table, table tennis and table football. Shelving space with many children's toys and books for guests to use. There is also a desk area that seats 2 people. The property has an acoustic 'cinema room' in the basement, utility room containing washing machine and dryer and access to the garage. There are tennis rackets and balls available for people to use and useful beach equipment. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, underfloor heating, heated towel rails and air-conditioning. In addition to the cinema, the property has three TV's in the sitting room, basement and master bedroom. There is cable TV, Sky and Apple TV available. The swimming pool is 10x5m. It is surrounded by a large terraced area and landscaped garden. There is a comfortable seating area with shade next to the pool and a further 6 sun loungers with sun shade. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area at the back of the property coming off the kitchen which seats 12 people. In the summer months it has vines growing above it making it a special place to sit with friends and family. To the rear of the property there is a further seating area for four people and a short boules court. Entire villa and garden. We have a lady called Kate who runs our villa in Portugal and will be able to assist you during your stay. The villa is walking distance to Ancao Beach, which has beach bars and restaurants. Guests have access to a tennis court and six-a-side football pitch. Mini golf, biking, go-karting, and water sports are nearby. Restaurants are within a short walk. No buses to this area. Car hire recommended. Our gardener comes each week on a Tuesday morning. Our pool maintenance company visits once a week - usually on a Monday morning.

Capacity 8 guests It is equipped with everything that guests need to make the most of this heavenly place. The exterior is very wide, Barbecue area, delicious swimming pool and leisure area where you can contemplate all the beauty of the surrounding nature, sea views and enjoy the surrounding quiet. LARA'S villa is a secluded dwelling with total privacy for its guests, being involved in the midst of nature and with stunning sea views. The decor is predominantly modern and minimalist with a mix of country cozy and Arabic pieces honoring the ancient roots that still feel in the Algarve. A house full of natural Light and designed to always be contemplating the sea,whether preparing your meal in the kitchen, reading a book in the living room or even from your bed. The villa has three suites all with private full bathroom, closet/wardrobes. Outside you can enjoy all the surrounding nature with all its essence and privacy and relax on a sun lounger by the pool and let yourself be taken. The ideal space for families with children or guests looking for a unique and relaxing experience, from everything the space provides, such as a spacious swimming pool with a sea view, barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, such as doing exercise in the gym, playing a game of Ping-Pong, Foosball or other traditional game that will always be at your disposal. It will be a pleasure to welcome you and provide you with a vacation from another level. The ideal space for families with children or guests looking for a unique experience and relaxation, from everything that the space provides, such as a spacious pool with ocean views, barbecue area where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, such as exercising in the gym, playing a game of Ping-Pong, Foosball or other traditional game that will always be at your disposal. I always have phone contact available 24/7 Tavira with its charm and its beaches is just 5km away. The surrounding area of LARA'S villa is ideal for embracing nature, where you can take good walks, or bike through the countryside to the famous Hell. (bicycles can be made available by prior reservation). You can also take horseback riding or tours that can get out of LARA'S villa. There is no public transport to LARA'S villa, but you can always request a Taxi, Uber, Tuc-Tuc or in your own car The gardens, outdoor, swimming pool and any other space that needs maintenance will be held during the stay.

The house has 200m2, composed with 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dinning room, salon, barbecue with wood oven, swimming pool and a big land with fruit trees.Perfect 8 people.Madam Luisa, the owner lives in a separated small apartment in the first floor!She looks after the property in a discrete manner and she makes sure that our guests have a lovely holiday.You always will have an independent/private villa for yourself😊

Vila Dria is located on a hilltop, surrounded by orange groves. It has a spectacular view of the Silves castle, at the end of the valley, especially at sunset. The spacious house offers room for up to ten people. It has a living, dining and cooking area, as well as two suites and three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the many sunny days the terrace with outdoor kitchen becomes the extension of the living room, making Vila Dria perfect for a family holiday (or 2 families)

Wish you a memorable experience! Happy to welcome you to our traditional Beach House located in Vale do Lobo area, close to Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura beaches and golf courses. Here you can have the feel of a Portuguese home and enjoy from the beaches and sunsets in Vilamoura beach. I recommend to visit the natural park of ria Formosa that is perfect for surfing, walking and biking. We have a private patio with a big garden and heated pool (30€ per day-free in Summer)

Amazing Villa with 5 bedrooms, 4 of them en-suitte. Large living room and kitchen, one very big bedroom ensuitte and a big garden and swimming pool. Located in a quiet zone in a condominium of luxury villas, but ideally situated near restaurants, supermarkets, 5 minutes to the beach and golf. From the same owner of a very known restaurant in the area. Restaurante São Domingos, where you can ask to Rafael for any details about the villa.
