Located in the village of Orca, the house was built by the owner's grandfather around 1930 and rehabilitated in 2017. From the original house stood the thick stone walls and the balcony. The part of the house to rent is the old shop, where the grandparents kept the implements and the country products. The house is in the liveliest place in the village: next to the People's olive grove, with the public pool 200 meters away and the children's playground in front. The house has a patio that borders the olive grove and which guests can use.
