(Frühere Bewertungen kommen aus einer anderen Fewo. „Kleo“ gibt es seit 09/2022) Ein kleines ruhiges Wäldchen ist gleich die Straße hoch. Die Stader Altstadt ist 1,7km entfernt (Auto: 4 Min, Rad: 10 Min), der Bahnhof 2,1km.
