Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

Has microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster but NO hob, oven or kitchen sink (washing up is done in a bowl). There is a patio with stunning views of the hills and sea. It's close to the coastal path and nature reserve for wonderful walking opportunities and a 2min drive,10/15 min walk, to the town and beach. Parking is on the road outside.
