Perfect private resort house with huge Sakura and various fruit trees in backyard. Sunset from every room over the calm ocean. Beppu city night view is marvelous!! Relax in the Livingroom on hummocks in the afternoon. Enjoy wine, walk along the beach after breakfast. No noise at all but sound of breeze, waves, birds both from sea and garden.

This room brings you comfortable stay in Beppu. Also suitable for long stay. Located in the central of Beppu city, 10minutes walk from Beppu station. Mansion built in 2019, facilities are fresh and NO SMOKING policy keeps the room clean. Room is occupied only guest , so we will provide you the private space. Equipments are substantial, in particular fully automatic washing/drying machine brings you the comfort of home. Several Hot Springs , restaurants, shops, are within walking distance.

We have refurbished one apartment located in Beppu station 10 minutes on foot to make it a guest house! Convenience store · coin laundry · family restaurant etc are within walking distance and convenient location! However, hot springs do not come out. We do not serve meals. I do not have cookware. (However, there is a microwave oven and an electric kettle / refrigerator.)
