The building complex was finished in 2016, and maintains a high standard. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor( top floor) with a slight view of the ocean (elevator available). The first floor of the complex has both a gas-station and a small grocery store. The train station is located 100m away from the apartment, with frequent departures for both Stavanger and Egersund. Ogna beach is only 10 minutes of walking away. The condo has free parking on the premises.

It is also in the heart of the harbor with fishing opportunities both here, and in Ogna River. Easy to get here by public transport.
