When you are looking for a real quiet and relaxing resort, sou will love to live in our wonderful old barn house neatly renovated from an architect loving old houses and modern technique (that is me). You can enjoy a real large TV, (incl. BluRay-Player etc.) Internet and a cosy fire place. Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

Our "Little Kate" is located with the thatched roof kate and the garden house on a plot of about 10,000 square meters. Meadows, moors and a small pond form the environment. The floor area is about 50 sqm. The room height varies between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1,4) m. Bathroom, floors, walls were renewed or renovated in 2019. The "Little Kate" has a 35 sqm terrace.
