The studio is set in our 'beach' garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto the beautiful Ocean View Beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive brings you into Green Island where you'll find 'Fresh Choice' supermarket and several takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin International Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Please note we also have a small studio on the same property (Seaside Studio). We are pet friendly but please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required - pets are not allowed on beds. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes. It is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and a 15 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day.
