The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Flaurling surrounded by greenery. Garden use (table, chairs, sunbathing lawn, basketball hoop, football goal) in the area of the guest apartment. Two free car parking spaces are outside the house. The village of Telfs with climbing center, all-season ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. You can reach the nearest ski resorts and the state capital Innsbruck in about 20 minutes by car.
