This tour includes transportation from Guadalajara and entrances to all the places you see in the photos. The appointment is on Av. Chapultepec, is a very nice area to stay and enjoy the city. That's why we chose that location. We will visit La Rojeña, which is the oldest and most famous factory in José Cuervo, undoubtedly the most emblematic in the history of Tequila. In the historic center of Tequila Jalisco, to get to know its landmarks such as the parish Santiago Apostol, the Plaza Principal, the giant letters and the most famous tequila factory shops. We will have 2 hours of free time so you can eat and continue tasting tequilas. From there we go to the swing and lookout of agaves. In the fields of agave you can take that beautiful photo of the memory and get to know more about the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber plant. We continue our tour to the famous Cantaritos del Guero in Amatitan Jalisco, another very beautiful village in our state. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in a day/evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delicious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. This magical experience starts in our meeting spot in our town Chemuyil, where we will get ready for our adventure. My town is located: -20-25 mins approx. from Tulum (downtown) -35-40 mins approx. from Playa del Carmen (downtown) -2 hrs. approx. from Cancun (downtown) If you don’t have a car, or don’t know how to get to this place, please feel free to contact me to get more recommendations on transportation you can use. This is a LOCAL EXPERIENCE. You will get to know, not only these cenotes that have seen us grow up, but places with a lot of meaning to us. We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Riding the bicycles will be, 20-25 mins(total). Distance from cenote to cenote is 5-10 mins. If you are looking for a fancy activity, something fast, big company tours, this is DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU. Instead, if you want to experience our hometown, our cenotes, having adventures, talk to us, share stories and making new friends while getting to know about our project, then you have found the perfect experience for you. What you'll do The first step will be to show you the ingredients that you can find in all Oaxacan homes, one of the advantages of our experience is that we have a garden with herbs and organic chilis. Baldo my son will share his knowledge in mezcal. We have an extend variety of agaves and homemade creations that you need to try. An open bar of mezcal is waiting for you. Snacks? Of course but you need to do Oaxacan style which includes worms, chicatanas and chapulines. Fist course we will offer chileajo tostadas and fruit water. Have you heard anything about the metate and how tortillas are made by hand? Here we will show you how to make tortillas, tetelas and memelitas. One of my specialties is salsas made in a molcajete, we will roast the ingredients over charcoal and comal. In every class we make 4 to 6 salsas depending seasonal ingredients. The mole is the emblem of our cuisine and we will make one of the 7 moles from scratch using a metate, you can’t leave our home without tasting our mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves and a delicious cake. Everyone will participate in the different processes, cutting ingredients from the garden, making sauces and of course eating. Remember, when you visit a house in Oaxaca you have to come with an empty stomach. Other things to note The class is available in English too. During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy. Other things to note We will send later, the recipes through email. You can take the class in English, Spanish, or French. We can also offer a chicken and a vegetarian version.

Your blacksmithing adventure will include three hours of hands on instruction as you create your very own masterpiece. Your experience will start with a brief orientation to The Forge at Quiver Full Farm. During this orientation time we will make sure each participant is dressed and prepared with all necessary equipment to have a SAFE forging experience. We will be working with equipment that reach temperatures greater than 1800 degrees Fahrenheit. This experience requires participants to be attentive and be able to physically exert themselves. We will have all participants sign a safety liability waiver before starting. If you are under 18 years of age you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate. Jeremy will introduce you to all of the equipment that you will be using while creating your forged piece. He will give detailed and guided instruction on how to use these tools. From there you will choose one of several projects to create. Jeremy will be there to guide you, assist you, and maintain a safe working environment while you create your masterpiece. Other things to note This experience is for adults and children over the age of 14. If you have sensitivities to smoke and heat this may not be the experience for you.

This experience focuses on the difficult process of making a cigar. From the hand of an experienced cigar roller we will learn to make an examplar, we will explain all the specificities that accompany the process of making this product, from the time it is grown, until it reaches your hands. This will be the perfect time for our CIGAR CHALLENGE, after which we will reward the best cigar roller of the experience. After choosing our winner (special ceremony included), we will go on to what we consider to be an authentic ritual: the smoking of the habano, action that we will combine with other delights, giving way to an excellent pairing among cigars, rum and coffee. And then, SURPRISE, a second contest!! We will be competing among each other to select the person who manages to keep the longest cigar ash, and the one who best performs some other tricks we will be teaching you. This is called: LONG ASH CONTEST. At the end of the experience more gifts will come, and that is because we do not want you to leave without taking with you souvenirs related to this experience, so you will be bringing home with you some amazing memories but also little things that will forever remind you of Cuba. Live a true El Yunque rainforest experience with a local. Excellent for foodies and adventure fans. We visit 2 waterfalls and the famous waterslide. TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED. Adventure to pure rainforest and learn the history of its unique flora & fauna like iguanas, guava trees, bamboos and 300 year old trees. We drive to the East side of El Yunque Rainforest. On arrival we do a 30 minute hike to the first waterfall & watering hole. There you can enjoy the landscape, swim in the water, and scenic waterfall. Further up, after a 15 minute hike (High difficulty level), there is another waterfall with a natural waterslide. We end the trip by stopping for lunch at a local family owned restaurant that serves authentic grandma style food (Food not included in price). The hike for these outdoor wonders requires regular shoes with “good grip” that can get wet and muddy. The trail is very muddy and clothes will get fully wet. NO FLIPS FLOPS OR CROCS ALLOWED. This tour combines two of Southern Utah's most popular activities: exploring scenic slot canyons and horseback riding. First we will climb into the saddle at the stables and conduct a brief riding lesson for the inexperienced riders. Our ride will take us to the mouth of a beautiful slot canyon where we will dismount and walk a short distance into the canyon. In this hike we will explore different hidden beaches following a Beach/Jungle trail ABOUT: We meet in Zona Romantica, old center of Puerto Vallarta. Here we take an urban transport just like the locals do! After a pleasant 25 min ride along the coast we get off at a picturesque fisher town. Here we will start our hike following the riverbank and the sea. From there we start our ascent in the tropical forest with some amazing views! After a short hike trough the jungle we descend to our first destination: Colomitos Beach, officially the smallest beach in Mexico! After a rest and pictures we continue our path and leave the many tourist behind us to explore more hidden beaches. Here we have the opportunity to swim alone and feel in paradise. If the sea is calm, we will visit a secret place where to snorkel and observe a great diversity of fish! After this refreshing break we'll continue to our final destination and last beach: 'Playa las animas'. Here we have the option to have an incredible local seafood plate. (Not included) Last but not least we take the boat back to the fishertown where we started the hike. Comenzaremos visitando el poblado de Santa Maria el Tule en donde podrás contemplar el milenario árbol del Tule, después nos adentraremos a una comunidad zapoteca en donde se conservan diferentes tradiciones como las bodas, sus formas comunitarias de organización, su lengua y el manejo de textiles de lana siendo este ultimo uno de los mas finos y laboriosos procesos artesanales de Mexico, dando como resultado piezas de arte textil superiores a marcas de lujo, para esto conoceremos un Taller familiar en la comunidad de Teotitlán del Valle. Posterior a esto nos trasladaremos a una fabrica de mezcal en donde tendremos una explicación sobre el proceso de elaboración de mezcal en la fabrica para después tener una degustación de los mismos. También visitaras la zona arqueológica en Mitla pueblo mágico. después de conocer la impresionante zona arqueológica y antes de encaminarnos a Hierve el Agua tendremos un "time food" en un buffet de comida tradicional. finalmente nos adentraremos a las comunidades de la montaña para conocer las cascadas petrificadas de hierve el agua. Al terminar el recorrido regresaremos a la ciudad de Oaxaca y terminaremos el recorrido a una cuadra del Zócalo de la ciudad.
