Available an apartment obtained from a larger construction, renovated in 2010, and inserted in a garden of 2000 square meters with pine forest and relaxation corners and which lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment, it is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the beaches/equipped shores of the southern coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnonee Reserve from kite-surfing places. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi Airport and there is also a transfer to and from Birgi Airport (subject to coordination). The property has a living room kitchen, a working kitchenette and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In a wooden annex you can use the washing machine and other outdoor shower.
