Breukelen is located 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht. Both towns are easily accessible by car and Breukelen also has a train station with free parking lots. The station is reachable in a 25 minutes walk or by bus. That bus also goes to Utrecht or Amsterdam. It takes some time but is less expensive than the train and follows a nice route.
