Our luxurious condo is conveniently located in the heart of historic Newport, Rhode Island, just steps away from Newport Harbor, world class shopping, waterfront dining, historical sites, cafes, museums, Brick Market Place, Jane Pickens Theater, Trinity Church, and the water taxi to the Jazz and Folk Festivals. A short stroll to Goat Island, trendy Broadway, Bellevue Avenue mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and summer farmers' market. Weekends that include a Saturday night are a two-night minimum, although occasionally a Saturday night is a one-night minimum. If it comes up in your search for a one-night Saturday-night stay, then it is available for a one-night stay. Holiday and festival weekends are a three-night minimum. Midweek nights are only a one-night minimum. Please always inquire about what you would like, as I can oftentimes work things out for you. Discounts are offered for week-long and month-long stays. Stroll to Goat Island and trendy Broadway. Very few properties in the Newport Historic District have parking, since most of the buildings were built before automobiles. The streets in this National Historic Landmark area were also built before automobiles – which is why these streets are so narrow and charming. You really won't need a car while staying here as we are so centrally located that almost everything is just steps from your door. There are also lots of Uber drivers in Newport. If you are bringing a car, we are also fortunate to be right by two excellent city-run parking lots. The closest one is the Mary St Parking Lot. The other is the Gateway Center (under cover parking). Parking is free in these city lots November -April. The city charges $30/24 hours in the summer season May - October. There is also free one-hour parking right out front of the condo, allowing enough time to get unpacked.
