Excellent apartment in the best area of Ponta Negra. Retired July 2023. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema, bars, bus, taxi and general commerce. Quiet and safe, with a 24-hour front desk, located on the 3rd floor. Large and clean. One bedroom with double bed, another with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with wardrobe and air conditioning. One bathroom. No cleaning fee or additional fees! Anything to make you feel at home. Welcome!!

Wonderful suite for up to 3 people, fully renovated and beautifully decorated. Comfortable and cozy. This little paradise is located on the boardwalk of Ponta Negra beach, the most charming neighborhood with the best urban structure in Natal. The hotel has an excellent water park, restaurant, pool bar, gym, and covered parking. Wifi is available in the suite and all of the hotel's premises. Please note: the suite has no sea view.

The house is in one of the noblest neighborhoods, close to several bars, restaurants and Natal Shopping. Distance to the beach: 5,0 km. House very airy and well ventilated. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and kitchenware. Garage: 6 cars. We offer sheets for all rooms. Two TVs, one SmartTV; Air conditioning in all rooms.
