This is your Country Escape where you can experience peace and quiet! There is no Wi-fi or TV available to help you be able to retreat from the outside world. We do have a TV monitor with DVD player built-in that you can use. The spacious kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Winnsboro, home of the famous "Autumn Trails". The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences.

The Hive ... a country getaway

This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.
