Monroe Creek Cottage is a spacious 3 bed 2 bath 1,900sq ft home. Built in 2022 this cozy get away is by far the nicest and newest product in the SE Iowa Market. Lots of space and hangout room for kids and families. Full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer come with the unit. Master bedroom is very large with a master bath with double sinks. Upstairs there is multiple rooms/beds with a living area with L couch and T.V. for the kids. Can't find a better deal than this!
