It is fully self contained, with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Bus stops for all the main routes (including the airport) are a mere 100 metres away. The vibrant Mt Eden village, with its cafes, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk, Eden Park 30 minutes and the Mt Eden volcanic crater, 25 minutes.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.
