My family loves to stay in vacation villas and we strive to provide the same amenities we’ve come to expect and then some! There is a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a daybed & office. Sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room for a comfortable sleep. You’ll love my place because it is completely renovated and squeaky clean! Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and have sweet dreams in the comfy bed. A travel crib & high chair are available upon request. The unit is accessible by lockbox so arrive whenever it is convenient for you after your check in time. I have two separate listings at this location that share an exterior entrance. Your actual apartment unit has a keypad entry and the code is changed in between guests. The code is provided in advance of check in. You have access to any amenities inside the unit. I work on the first floor but am typically quite busy during the day. Guests interaction is typically minimal but I’m quick to respond to any questions. Let me know if you’d like and recommendations or tips. I have a very helpful staff in my office and they can answer any questions during the day. I live within walking distance and am able to help solve any problems that arise. When I’m out of town, a network of friends is on standby to help out. The very walkable neighborhood has many restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. Downtown is a 20-minute drive, while regional rail and bus lines are a short walk away. There is ample street parking, both free and metered on adjacent streets. There is a free lot behind the building accessible from Chew Ave but please do not park in either of the two smaller lots immediately adjacent to the building. There is also a free municipal lot around the corner tucked behind Roth Florist & Cresheim Grain Exchange. While you can bring your car, you don’t need to. The location is very accessible to the 23, & H buses. Traveling by regional rail is especially convenient. The Chestnut Hill East & West lines go right downtown.
