This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

This is a modern conversion of an extension to our house which used to be a bakery. It is a compact self contained one bedroom ground floor apartment with its own entrance, small double bedroom with en suite shower room and cosy lounge with sofa bed and kitchenette. The apartment is self catering but we provide food and drink essentials. Well behaved animals may stay too. Good for walkers, cyclists, anglers or romantics, but everyone is welcome to rest and rise at the Old Bakery.

The Old Vicarage Coach house was originally built around 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the coach house for a Vicarage for the local church. Now completely refurbished it is warm with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom ( shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to the Lyme park, 15 minutes from the Airport .
