Superb 4-bedroom floor with built-in closets and two newly renovated bathrooms, office kitchen, lounge, and terrace ideal for large families with good downtown access. Air conditioner in all the rooms and in the living room. Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee maker, toaster. Disabled facilities, elevator. The apartment is in the residential neighborhood of Moratalaz. Surrounded by shopping area. Carrefour Express Supermarket across the street. In the same square where the house is located there are buses that lead to the city center: Lines 20, 30 and 32 that lead to the Puerta del Sol, Goya and Atocha areas respectively. Also on the door of the building is the taxi stand. The Vinateros metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Behind the building there is a pedestrian area with bars and terraces ideal for drinks and toys for children. Additionally there is a park 5 minutes walk away.

Hello, my loft welcome! It's modern and bright, and it's in the Ventas neighborhood, located on the edge of the central almond. 2 minutes from the Metro (direct to Sol) and several bus lines, as well as an urban bike path, which run through the city, with electric bike rentals. It was a former cabinetmaking workshop from the 50s, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with useful and images that I rescued from its previous use. It's unique!
