Set on a few acres, the property backs onto a treed river area. It has chickens & friendly alpacas to visit, but is a mere 5 minute walk into town. Ballan is the perfect base from which to explore Daylesford, Trentham, Blackwood, Creswick & Ballarat, all are within a 30 minute drive.

Enjoy the fantastic location this "love shack" is set in - explore the area, see lots of wildlife and take a break from the city! Set on the edge of a national park, there are lots of walks & bike riding trails around. You are welcome to pat, feed and play with the horses. There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.
