Das Jagdhaus Pfeifer befindet sich in traumhafter Aussichtslage am Packsattel in der Gemeinde Preitenegg, unweit des Ortskerns. Das Haus befindet sich bis auf einen Nachbarn im Südwesten in Alleinlage und ist Teil einer alten Hofstelle. Der Voreigentümer war passionierter Jäger, weswegen wir versucht haben, das Thema Jagd weiterleben zu lassen. Die Liebe zur Natur spiegelt sich rund um das Haus wider. Unser Ziel ist es, eine Oase der Artenvielfalt aufrecht zu erhalten.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Ein sehr Stilvolles Haus mit 3 zimmer und Platz für 6 Personen. Ca 5 km v. Stadt Zentrum Deutschlandsberg und 35 km von der Hauptstadt Graz entfernt. Gibt sehr viel Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Burg DLBG oder Weinbaugebiet Kitzeck usw. Weiters ist zu berücksichtigen das pro Erwachsenen(Gast)/Nacht 1.50 € Abgabe vorort zu entrichten ist.Die Garage und der Keller ist kein Bestandteil der Vermietung. Garage und Keller wird von uns privat genutzt.

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room with 1 large pull-out sofa, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.
