Large Home with Pool, HotTub & Sweeping Lake Views

This two story home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living space on the upper level. The basement is a fun entertainment space with both a foosball and outside ping pong table. One additional bedroom can also be found with two bunk beds. Cozy up on the couch to watch Netflix, Amazon or Hulu on the flatscreen smart tvs or pull out some board games from the game closet. Spend a relaxing night on the large balcony or whip out the yard games for some friendly competition in the spacious yard. Endless hours of entertainment will be found in the seasonal, pool with chairs to lounge around. If a competitive atmosphere is being sought after then set up the volleyball net for a match or grab the basketball for a game of HORSE in the driveway. A brand new hot tub was installed September 2020 to offer year round enjoyment. Willow point park is a short walk to lake access.

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.

Minimum of 30 day stay due to zoning. Enjoy our newly renovated cottage in a quietly beautiful setting. A separate residence with queen bed, full bathroom and full kitchen. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. We live across the walkway and are here if you need anything. There is free parking and you will need to navigate one set of stairs to get to the cottage.
