Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1850 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a wonderful holiday in the midst of wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill became a penthouse apartment on two floors in chalet-style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious outdoor seating offer an unobstructed view.

This cottage was built by our father in 1973 for the family. We have now renovated the kitchen, bathrooms, and all the floors. It is beautifully and idyllically located in the middle of the village, between an old mill and a paddock, in front of the oldest church in the Gail Valley. From the house you can start directly to a hike or take cycling tours. In winter you can take the free ski bus to the ski area (Nassfeld), which is 20 minutes away.
