Welcome to a charming small apartment in our horse farm in Skåne! The apartment is located on the ground floor of our idyllic half-timbered house and has access to a patio looking out over the yard. Grill is available. We offer private accommodation with one bedroom, living room, small bathroom with shower and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. By car you can reach Lund in 10 minutes and Malmö on 25 minutes. There are several scenic spots nearby; Skrylle Nature Reserve, Måryd and Revingehed to name a few.

Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many attractions; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (building year 2015) in my villa in central Lund I rent out a bright and beautiful 2nd floor with separate entrance and patio door towards a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min h. Lund C. Parking space is available.

The apartment is 65 square meters in a larger property from the turn of the century. Completely newly renovated rental apartment with kept charm and character. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
