Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. WIFI connection available. Crockery, linen and towels provided. Pets welcome. Reserved parking. Breakfast on request.

Small apartment: Central and close to the sea.

The accommodation is located in a rather central area and close to the sea. Walking in fact, you can very well reach both destinations. Also a few minutes away you will find the "Venice" neighborhood where you can enjoy the typical restaurants and taste all the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. Same goes for the famous Terrazza Mascagni which is not far away. The accommodation is located on the 4th floor without elevator. Very bright environment, air conditioning, washing machine, WI-FI, television + console.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in Piazza Mazzini, on the beautiful promenade of Livorno. It is located 5 minutes walk from the port and boarding, and 10 minutes from the Venice district, its canals and the central market. There are numerous shops,supermarkets and restaurants at a good price around the house. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the square: from there you can reach the station and the most beautiful tourist destinations of sea and hill.

Posto auto interno. La zona è quella signorile del centro, ottimamente servita. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida Terrazza Mascagni ed il bel lungo mare, è molto vicina anche la zona portuale e l'affascinante quartiere Venezia dove si trovano i pub, ristoranti e locali della nostra movida.

Lovely apartment by the sea

Bright apartment, newly renovated, in the San Jacopo district, is just 2 minutes walk from the sea, more precisely from the church of San Jacopo or from the entrance of the Pancaldi bathroom and the Terrazza Mascagni and a few meters from the entrance of the Naval Academy and the Fattori Museum.
