Peaceful cabin at the bottom of our garden complete with rear terrace overlooking fields and private patio for alfresco eating. Parking on drive access through coded gate to cabin. Open plan, with double bed and ensuite with shower, kitchen complete with full crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and small induction hob and oven. I offer a complimentary breakfast ( Saturday and Sunday only) of croissants, Tiptree Jams, Orange juice, semi skimmed milk I can also cater for Vegans.

(no use of kitchen) . 3 mins drive from A12. 3 miles to Town centre. Plenty of buses go to Town/ Station. NO showers to be taken before 6.30am of after 10.30pm . 8 mins walk to Sainsbury and eateries. One cat. Shared bathroom with one other guest. Electric blanket on the bed. Daytime noise possible. Vicarage Cottage

The Grade II Vicarage Cottage is sited in the middle of the historic village of Great Tey. It was originally thought to be stables to the Great House, which was the name given to The Old Vicarage when it was built in the early part of the 19th century. The Cottage was originally converted to a house before the war and has been updated several times over the years. It was my late husband’s ‘Shed’ and that is why the sign is still on the Cottage door.
