Charming older house with large,sunny garden

Idyllic country house. The house was built by my great-great-grandparents about 130 years ago. The old timber walls have been brought out and much of the old style has been preserved. Now refreshed with colors that reflect the List Nature. Sea, beach, sunset and forest. Bright and spacious bedroom with 5 beds, as well as an extra bed in the dining room. Living room and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. The house consists of two floors, but so far only the 1st floor of about 90 sqm has been prepared for rent.

Cosy and peaceful house by the ocean

Colorful, old house with ocean view at lovely Lista. The house is from 1840, and still has some of the original walls inside. We have renovated the kitchen and bathroom, trying to be true to the history of the house. One new room added to the house recently. Three outdoor seating areas, ideal for children. Quiet and peaceful, with Farsund 15 minutes drive away. Also an ideal location to explore the american culture in Vanse (less than 10 minutes drive away). The house is cosy and very practical.
