I rent an apartment located in Levens, a quaint little village in the Niçoise hills. You will be 30 minutes from the beach or 30 minutes from the mountains in a beautiful, quiet and pleasant place. The apartment is self-contained and has a small terrace with south facing garden with views of the mountains. The apartment is fully equipped ( table with 4 chairs , sofa , TV , oven and microwave , stovetop , refrigerator , coffee maker , washing machine, parking space...) a bed area is furnished in a way that is away from the living room for optimal comfort and has storage. This apartment is ideal for a couple but possibility to add a mattress to the floor in the living room, it also has a bathroom with a large corner bathtub to relax after a good day of sightseeing! In fact, the tours speak in! From Levens you are in the heart of this beautiful region with many nearby visits such as Nice (30 min) Cannes (1 hr) Monaco (50 min) Menton and Italian border only 1 hour but you can also visit the hinterland and enjoy the many lakes around the Gorges du Verdon (1h30-2h) you are also close to Grasse renowned for these perfume workshops only 1 hour away. As for activities, you will find nearby many hiking, horseback or bike rides, via ferrata, canyoning as well as bungee jumping or even many events such as the Monaco Grand Prix or the Cane festival for example ... This is a very rich area and we can plan your outings together according to your desires and interests. I would end up on the practical side of the accommodation, we are located 2 km from the village center which allows you to be quiet but be close enough to shops such as bakeries, supermarket, bank, tobacco, municipal swimming pool (open from June to September), restaurants.
