The ground floor consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as a large living room with a living room (with double sofa bed) overlooking a large 40 m2 teak terrace, dining area and bathroom with toilet. The apartment is facing the sea with exceptional views and a pleasant terrace for aperitifs/ dinner in front of the big blue , close to restaurants, beaches , coves and hiking. Sea shuttle is 20 m in the direction of the red point and the old port from June to September and bus 300 m.
