Trees, birds & plentiful butterflies adorn! Guest parking at top of driveway. No public transportation. Taxi and possible uber available Walk to beach short block. 20 minutes to Camarillo outlet malls and Malibu center, best Mexican food in Oxnard, 10 minutes to grocery. Walk to Neptunes' Net restaurant. I do provide a bottle of wine and some breakfast items that you can prepare yourself. Wonderful hiking /biking trails in national and state parks. We have wild black hooded conures (parrots) flying free in the area.
