Renovated House on the water in Leeuwarden

You will have the entire house at your disposal, where we live a few days a month. Last year the house got a complete renovation of new garden, new bathroom and toilet downstairs and everything has been painted again. Ground floor has a spacious living room with open kitchen and renewed garden that sits on the water. Downstairs in the hallway is a toilet. On the 2nd floor we have 3 bedrooms and a renewed bathroom +toilet and in attic another 1 bedroom.

The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.
