"Ødegårdsstuo" - charming house at the lake at Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity for nice mountain hikes, both for walking and with skiing on your legs. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on the 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living room (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment). Parking space.

With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to many good hiking trails, playgrounds and sports facilities. Short drive to magnificent nature experiences both by the sea and in the mountains. Single-family home over 3rd floor. Large parking and pleasant outdoor area with several terraces and flats. Basement with own entrance is disposed of by other tenants. Hens in the outhouse in the garden, 2 cats in the house. Always let them out when leaving the home and at night.

Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)
