The cottage is situated at the rear of the propery, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area.
It is a mere 50m walk to the beach and close to the Green Garden coffee shop at Lower Point.
Parking space provided.
Pets are allowed (2 dogs max).

The cottage is at the back of the main house with its own entrance and secure parking. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, just outside of the town central that is a 10 minute walk from the closest beach.
There is a small kitchenette with cooking equipment, a Nespresso machine, induction plate, and kettle. A lounge with a TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime) & WiFi. The bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom.
There is a braai (BBQ) and use of the swimming pool for guests.
