NO CLEANING FEE Your cottage is 2 min flat walk to the beach, Cottage is hidden away in a lovely private garden with deck and electric BBQ .Short walk to Tennis courts, General store. South Bruny National Park has some of Australia's highest sea cliffs and one of the oldest lighthouses. Very close to Fluted Cape and penguin island walks. Internet is complimentary. Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive.

Our unique barn style studio has amazing views over Hobart and the entry of the southern ocean. Close to the CBD but also quiet and close to bush tracks. It is self contained with a private entrance , a private large deck and a self check in lockbox for the keys so no contact is required with the hosts. They are in a seperate building on the same property so available if needed.
