The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. A fireplace and a wood-burning sauna in the cottage. Firewood included. Linens included. There are blankets and pillows. Pets by appointment 10€/accommodation. Lots or outdoor hot tub for an additional 75€. (100€ each /stay for reservations booked starting September 1, 2021) The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

Cosy, modern house, in authentic countryside setting. Old yard bumps, a stream right behind the house where you can take a dip. A big sunny yard, like a yard for games. House renovated 2022. Modern facilities+good equipment level. Great new double beds and single beds + couch. Hox! The base price does not include linens or bath towels. In winter, an outdoor sauna is ordered only. Lots of separate reservation. No neighbors in the immediate vicinity. Great for those looking for a quiet place.
