Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.

Lrg 2 bed, fenced backyard, and deck. Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Google Dallas Center to see all this Quietly Progressive town offers.

Newly renovated modern lower level of home with private entrance. Clean, comfortable, airy, spacious, bright, cheery retreat. Feels like a home away from home. Be ready to navigate 14 stairs to enter the space! 4 adults is the maximum number of adults the space can accomodate. We are happy for families with children in the group to request a group of 5 total guests.
