Enjoy this spacious room with attached private full bath (this space is completely separate from main house). Our guests say the queen size bed is comfy. There is a desk, Mini Fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The small table and chairs indoors can be used for eating or playing games. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side deck. The back yard is fenced for privacy and we love pets. You will have your own private entrance with keypad at the back of the house. The backyard shared w/ kids & dog.

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. Downtown Lansing, Sparrow hospital are 5 Minutes Away. 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, SEE RULES NOTE..THIS HOUSE IS ON THE RIVER..we get lots of critters around.

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
