Enjoy this spacious room with attached private full bath (this space is completely separate from main house). Our guests say the queen size bed is comfy. There is a desk, Mini Fridge, Keurig, and microwave. The small table and chairs indoors can be used for eating or playing games. Enjoy your morning coffee on the side deck. The back yard is fenced for privacy and we love pets. You will have your own private entrance with keypad at the back of the house. The backyard shared w/ kids & dog.

Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance!
