Erlebe deinen Urlaub auf der historischen Hofstelle Ippenwarf. Umgeben vom Fehntjer Tief befindet sich die Ferienwohnung in Alleinlage mitten auf dem Land. Wir leben selbst mit auf dem Hof und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde 2022 neu errichtet. Die FeWo bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Du hast die Möglichkeit direkt bei uns ein Kanu zu mieten, lange Radtouren oder Spaziergänge zu machen, am Grundstück zu Angeln und vieles mehr.

Mein Wunsch ist es, dass sich meine Urlaubsgäste erholen und wohlfühlen! Bei der Renovierung dieser Wohnung ist es mir gelungen, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen! Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und stilvoll mit einem rustikalen Flair! Unten ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein neues Bad und eine neue Küche! Oben befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett (1,80 x2,00), ein Loungebereich, ein Essbereich und ein Kaminofen! Getönte Panoramafenster runden das Ganze ab!

We look forward to welcoming you. The apartment on the 1st floor is suitable for 4 guests. We live centrally in East Frisia, from here you can start your excursions, e.g. to the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, to Emden (Kunsthalle), to the Pilsum lighthouse or to the East Frisian Islands. For guests interested in equestrian sports, the equestrian sports tourism center in Timmel is available in a few minutes by car, as well as the Timmeler Meer with its beach and outdoor catering.

Die etwa 60 m² große Dachgeschoss-Wohnung befindet sich in einem gepflegten, denkmalgeschütztem Stadthaus in der Stadtmitte Aurichs. Die Fußgängerzone sowie Sportanlagen mit De Baalje oder der Hafenbereich sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie) in der Nähe. Die Nähe zur Küste und zum Badesee Tannenhausen sind perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Die Wohnung wurde in 2015/2016 neu ausgebaut und ausgestattet.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

Wir vermieten unser niedliches Ferienhaus in Aurich / Ostfriesland in idyllischer und ruhiger Lage, 3 Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das ehemaliges Backhaus hat zwar nur 22 m², ist aber liebevoll und umfangreich ausgestattet. Kombiniertes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit Einbauküche, WC mit Dusche und überdachter (nicht einsehbarer) Terrasse und Gartenbereich mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill, Sonnenliegen.
