Charming house in peaceful surroundings with access to nature and sea just outside the living room door. The place is at the end of a dead end road by a great beach and access to the big sea just around the corner. The area is perfect for recreation, water sports and fishing. Fiberglass dinghy and kayaks for free use. Remember life jackets. Bed linens (pillowcases, duvet covers and sheets, as well as towels) are included but must be put on and removed by tenant. Note: Double beds 2x120cm and 1x150cm. The home is cleaned before departure.

The house is centrally located at Hamarvik on Frøya, 300 meters from the sea and boat space with available boat. Boat:17 feet,outboard motor 9.9 hp. The boat is used at your own risk,by people who have experience with a boat. Free parking for up to 6 cars. Short distance to shopping center. To Sistranda center it is about 5 minutes by car. Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500m from the cabin.

For a responsible family or more, we would like to offer a great stay in a cabin by Kongensvollen Marina. The cabin is a 1.5 hour drive from Trondheim. Here you can sit undisturbed on the porch and have panoramic views of Trondheimsleia with Hitra, Leksa and Storạna in the background. The cabin also has a sauna, bathroom and shower. It is prepared to pack and freeze fish. Short way to the sea 80 meters. Boat Linder Sportsmann 400 can be rented upon agreement. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets need clarification.

Fra dette huset som er skjermet med natur har hele gruppen tilgang på alt. Huset ligger noen hundre meter fra havet. Huset har alt man trenger av utstyr. Stor tomt, stor parkeringsplass og rolig område. Like ved ligger butikk, havna, naturplasser, båtutleie og fiskeplasser. Med 5 min biltur er du i nærheten av badestrand. Kan komme med masse tips til hva du kan gjøre og sette deg i kontakt med båtutleie. Huset har også sokkel for lagring og fryse- og vaskerom. Passer barnefamilie og voksne.

Awesome sock lick apartment with panoram view of Trondheimsleia and parking. It is fully equipped with washing machine,dishwasher,stove, combi cabinet and kitchenware. In addition, there is 70 inch tv with chromecast and internet. Private exit to the terrace where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Hestvika. Guest port for boat is a few minutes walk away. Fastboat stop is 10 min drive away.It has 3 departures daily to Brekstad,Trondheim and Kristiansund.

Beautiful cabin in traditional style. Fantastic fishing and scubadiving opportunities. The wild North sea is right outside. 230 m to the sea. Here you find the boat (GeMi 21'/130 hp, alu.). The jacuzzi is an excellent place to relax in the evening. Boat and jacuzzi against extra fee. Boat 2.000 NOK/day or 10.500 NOK/week. Jacuzzi 1.500 NOK for the entire stay.
