Preparation time between reservations
The availability of your listings largely depends on the length of preparation time you need between reservations. For instance, you may require a 48-hour window between guests for enhanced cleaning.
To set preparation time between reservations:
Set prep times on desktop
- Click Calendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
- Click Availability, then click Preparation time
- Choose an option and click Save
Set prep times in the Airbnb app
- Tap Profile
and then tap Switch to hosting 
- Tap Calendar
and select the listing calendar you want to change - Tap Settings
- Tap Availability, then tap Preparation time
- Choose an option and tap Save
