Das Zimmer befindet sich im OG. Das Bad erreichst du über den Flur. Sollte mein weiteres Zimmer zum gleichen Zeitpunkt auch vermietet sein, musst du dir das Bad teilen. Es wird täglich gereinigt und desinfiziert. Im Flur steht ein Kühlschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Keine Kochmöglichkeit!!! Im Garten leben meine 20 Hühner mit ihren 3 Hähnen. Deine Schuhe haben im EG einen Platz zum verweilen. Es gilt die 3G Regel.

Cabin for individualists, nature lovers, freedom lovers. April-Oct. living/sleeping room with double bed (1.40 m) for 1-2 people. + Sofa bed for 1-2 small Children, kitchen corner with TK combi, microwave, toaster, stovetop; infrared heating. Sanitary facilities: at night compost toilet by the house; 24/7: shower room/toilet (30 steps). Possible fee washer/dryer. WiFi & radio. No TV. Important: We currently only rent to vaccinees (digital corona vaccination certificate) plus current test result (as of 1.1.2022)

Simple but cozy apartment in the annex with separate entrance: ground floor with kitchen+shower room, upper floor with 2 large living rooms: room with 2 single beds and (sleeping)couch, 3-person room with wide double bed and sleeping space in the alcove. Fast WLAN (fiber optic), if necessary Fee use of washing machine, dryer. Private terrace in the garden.
