Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Kick back and relax on the lagoon with easy access to the bay by kayak or boat. The beautiful beaches of LBI are just over the bridge, less then 4 miles away. You can ride your bike to the beach. Start your day with coffee out by the lagoon or a kayak/paddle board ride. Spend the day sunbathing, reading a book or fishing. Grill at home in our fully stocked cabana or head out to one of the fantastic restaurants on LBI. As the sun set enjoy drinks and roasted marshmallows by the fire pit.

It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, DUCKS & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.
