A former studio located just outside the center of Little Green Mound. It is connected to an industry but at a distance so that you are not disturbed. It is about 2 min to the Sea, 2 min to Ica and 5 min to Grönhögens limestone quarry for a bath. (Walking road) There is grass area adjacent to the property. In the village there is a links golf course, paddle, volleyball and outdoor ping-pong table. A café run by Erika Höglund and has an exhibition of her art, ice cream kiosk and restaurant.

Stone house from the 1800s that is fully equipped, shower and toilet. Small kitchen with stove, microwave, oven fridge with freezer compartment T V (not Wi-fi ), fireplace, bedroom upstairs. Air heat pump. The cottage is located on our farm lot. Patio with table and chairs, charcoal grill. Within the radius of 100 meters there is port, swimming, paddle- & beach volleyball courts, shop, ice cream kiosk in summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers there is Ottenby with the lighthouse Långe Jan 7 km.
