The house has two units, with fance and separate yard, each one with wood fire pit and a dock for the 2 units, this one is on the second floor, with private entrance, from the left side of the house(gravel pathway) then take the stairs the back, to the second floor deck (where the entrance is. follow self check-in instructions please) Getaway home, just 3 hours away from NYC... This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. There is a small park across the street and a larger city park one block away w/carousel, pool, tennis courts, ice rink (all seasonal), amazing playground and walking paths.
