Smoker friendly studio2 in heart of center

Loft (29m2): living, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette with basic amenities, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle (no stove/micro). Lots of young art, 1st/2nd floor by steep stairs, lively street. Historic monument in the middle of the center, so all attractions around. For 2 persons only (no other guests allowed!). Not suitable for nit-pickers. Respect the neighbours. Do not make noise! Smoking is allowed (but you won't smell smoke from the previous guests due to crossing windows).

The apartment is located in the busy Kinkerstraat street where you can find a lot of coffee places, shops, and supermarkets. The apartment is located on 4th floor and living room windows are having the sun all day. The bedroom is looking on the inside of the building and it is very quiet, so no streer noises are a problem. The apartment is our home where we live, and therefore you can find a lot of: art, books, magazines, candles and flowers. The apartment has a back yard terrace.

Beautiful spacious house in a popular area

The apartment is very well situated. The old West is in itself a beautiful area with bars and restaurants on every corner but we are also situated close to Museumplein and the Canals. If you want to visit museums and the city center (the canals) all is within walking distance. Public transport could also take you everywhere. Ideal location if you want to be close to the action but live in a calmer environment.
